It’s been a while since I was so shocked by a viral video on Youtube shocked in a good way…), but these guys are straight up crazy. If it is legit, and not a prank…oh my god…are you kidding me?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This is just too ridiculous to even explain. I am left speechless by the sheer ballsiness these guys show in their stunts. Watch it. Now.
Electrabel has taken tea light candles, an every-day item, and transformed if into a breath-taking video using stop motion photography for their TV spot above. The moment you see those drops of light, you know you’re in for something special. (Found on One Cool Thing a Day)
Done up stop-motion style (yea…thousands of pictures over a time-delay can be a huge pain) Light Warfare is a ridiculously awesome short clip depicting a street shoot-out through the process of light painting. It’s a must watch honestly. (Found on One Cool Thing a Day)
“Let’s Colour” is a project/marketing campaign being run by Dulux paint. Showcasing their project in the above video, Dulux does a fantastic job of adding colour to people’s lives through the use of paint. I love the time-lapse effect that gives this effect of a wave washing over walls, doors, and buildings.
Love the twist to the ad (as Engadget pointed out, it’s a throwback to the original Lexus LS ad). I also really dig the interface for the dash. Fantastic, flashy, but totally usable. (Found on Engadget)
Yes. You read, heard, and watched that just happen. Anyone with more than a 33″ inch waist is now actually breaking a law in Japan. This is going to be interesting to see how it plays out. I am sure that there is an exemption for sumo wrestlers (Found by Michelle Lam)
I’ve seen sink holes before, but nothing at this scale. This is just ridiculously deep. Unfathomably deep. Hello Hell deep. Hello China deep (it’s in Guatemala). (Found on Gizmodo)
While not the best, BMW’s latest ad effort in Singapore still looks amazing. I love how caught up the crowd is with the projection. (Found on Autoblog)
