This is hilarious. Blogs/News agencies are now rumoring about rumors! So as everyone knows, there have been rumors going around for AGES about a possible Apple Tablet. My suspicions were increased when the “MacBook”line was suddenly cleared out and void of any new models. In fact it is the most outdated computer Apple is selling right now (more in terms of looks than specs, but still!). Now there are rumors that not only will there be a Tablet coming out soon (sometime between now and 2010…vague…),but that instead of continuing to partner with AT&T as they have done with their iPhone, they will be partnering with Verizon. I’m not against partnering with Verizon, just against the possibility of only partnering with Verizon. If there is a Tablet,I would want to be able to have it work anywhere in the world, and for that,I need the device to run on either AT&T or T-Mobile with their SIM card/GSM infrastructure. However, seeing that AT&T can’t even properly handle iPhone traffic, and T-Mobile can’t get a proper 3G network up and running nationwide,it’s a lose-lose situation here in the States.
