HBO Miniseries: The Pacific

I was a huge fan of Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg’s Band Of Brothers mini-series they did with HBO a couple years back. The level of detail and character building was something you just can’t get with a 2-3 hour movie. I’ve watched the entire series at least a couple times and have the set on Blu-ray (side-note: looks AMAZING). That’s why I am so excited by their next production which follows a company in a similar fashion fighting in World War II in the Pacific against the Japanese. Excited to watch this when it comes out next year.
