I am really excited to get the Hulu app on my iPod Touch,but thanks to Lifehacker,I have something to do in the mean time. Unbeknownst to me (and apparently quite a few people),NBC already streams quite a few of their shows through their website already to your iPhone/iPod Touch! Just go to m.nbc.com on your Safari broswer,and viola! It supposedly works over 3G/Edge and Wifi,so go check it out.
